Climb Over

BFA 1997

Diatomaceous earth, gesso, Flashe paint, acrylic, ink on wood panel

72x48

Using larger brushes instead of smaller ones, I move through the Painting's surface. I am building the shapes just the same but allowing for a more massive connection. The pour is evident yet less dominant, and the squares are connected to the mass by the conduit of line.
